VISION BOARD M.S. & H.S. GROUP
This is a 4-week therapeutic group for middle school and high schoolers to:
❄ Set objectives and life goals for the New Year through collage
❄ Learn how to set intentions and plan
❄ Create their personal mantra/positive affirmation
❄ Explore and express their emotions in their journal

MIDDLE SCHOOL GROUP IS ON MONDAYS - 1/22 - 2/12/2024 FROM 7:00-8:15 P.M.
HIGH SCHOOL GROUP IS ON TUESDAYS - 1/23 - 2/13/2024 FROM 7:00-8:15P.M.
